Hello all,

I am currently in a Liars Annonymus support group as well as this one, because I feel I can let out my feelings here. 

My first exposure to porn started at a young age. I was 13 when I was exposed to it (porn mag) and my struggles carried through till I was 28. I am not completely free from it, but I am getting better at recognizing my triggers. Here are my triggers and this may relate to all of you also 

1. Using my phone in bed

2. Closing doors when using internet

3. Letting my mind wander instead of doing something.

4. Underwear ads in the paper ( I avoid them)

Those are some of my triggers. I try my best to think of my wife and how beautiful she is. I am friendly, hard working and committed to God and my marriage. 

This is just a little about me. 

Yesterday, I did have a moment of weakness where I searched for a twitter profile that did contain obscene content. I immediately clicked away after viewing. So, this means I'm not perfect, but that's ok. I'm not striving for perfection, only progress.
