First time i ever post on a forumn like this. Im 23. First was introduced to P in the 7th grade cause all the "cool" kids were doing it. Ever since its been a battle i didnt realize the damage it had cause me until sophomore year in highschool, i felt weak and unmotivated all the time. Didnt seriously hit me until i got out of my 3 year relationship. Sex and porn addiction was taking over my life and i was realizing but not commiting. After i began the no fap challenge, struggled at first and mananged to get to 90+ days BUT i cheated i edged almost evrerynight. Its worse than just pmo. had a huge setback after and kept relapsing. and till this day i keep on relapsing. I feel so ashamed to look for a therapist and join gorup meetings about this. Its my only gudience to help. i have to set my pride aside and seek professional help, i cant do this alone anymore, the enemy has me close and im fighting my hardest but losing. Jesus Christ please help me before its too late
