I've watch porn since I was about 11. For years and years I've never stopped. Now it's effected my relationships (romantic and not), mood, motivation etc. It's time to level up my fight. Some thing aren't meant to be fought alone and honestly I think this is one of them. Please let me know if there's any way I can help; I'm asking because I know I need some myself. It's time for a plan and accountability.

Welcome aboard Dave. Congrats on the decision to fight the addiction. Now comes the fight. Don't expect a quick victory, steel yourself for something more like a marathon--keep running, and when you trip up, get back in the race asap.
The best material I've seen on this is based off a book "At the Altar of Sexual Idolatry"; maybe start with reading the book.

@SirGrits, thank you for the recommendation. I was just trying to decide what book to start on next. I've found that sticking to a healthy morning routine of reading a helpful book and spending time in the Bible, has been hugely helpful for me. I just bought a copy and will start it tomorrow morning.
