Depressing reality when can't remember how to hard boil eggs without my hard boil egg timer. The timer is my cheat-sheet... And being on Food State Benefits doesn't make life any better because this means no extra food and no room for an honest mistake. On the bright side one egg made it, I get to have breakfast this morning. 

I'm happy about myself and the choice I made to get myself back up to getting better but I would have wished for a better support system that actually lives up to standards and met expectations. Meh... sometimes it's not worth mentioning and pointless to mention but then that's why it's called depression because damn if you do and damn if you don't.
