I met with a friend last night who I didn't know has similar problems to me - but worse insofar as drugs were involved and he has had a double suicide in his family... and he's battling not to become the third such. It shows that when we reach out there are people who can listen and support us and we can support them perhaps. We are fragile and human and when we present ourselves as such we warm to them.
Still somewhat "battling" with the "what to do about the reserve list" guys. Would I start up the whole cycle if I met with them again? Do I need to close the gate and stay within the marriage? Does it put too much pressure on the marriage? Blah blah. But there's nothing happening anyway. it's all just chit chat in my head.

how is your mom doing?
As we speak I am waiting to hear how the surgery has gone from my dad. I'm worried it will be a massive blow when mum wakes up without a breast ... she's queen of denial. But there we go it is sort of her choice to have been like that so I can't control her. If she is shocked and grieves and loses it then that is what will happen. The whole thing is just upsetting.
