I'm on day 7 porn free. It's very difficult to stay away today. My wife and I had an intimate night last night for the first time in about a year, but unfortunately, I was not able completely preform because I also suffer with ED. I took a cialis yesterday but for some reason I was not able to finish. Was not how I wanted the night to go. Now I'm in a mood because of the cialis and just want to go to the bathroom and watch porn. I never thought this would be so difficult.

The ED will improve the longer you go without porn or fapin, but it takes a while for the chemicals to start flowing naturally without added stimulus on top of the mental subconscious aspect of it all especially since we have little if any control of our subconscious, I know mine likes to put up mental blocks and self sabotage relationships, my subconscious and I are at odds quite often, but the ED will go away slowly in time once porn is out of the picture, I guarantee it

Thanks man! I appreciate the advise. Last night was really rough because it was so awesome for the first bit, was even able to have a small amount of sex, but then just gone. And I reacted poorly. And just ruined the night. I agree with the mental blocks. I told my self a few times during the day, “don’t fuck this up please!!!” And I think I just got in my own head and that was that.
I am using some testosterone jell that my dr gave me. It’s a little low. It does help with the ED a bit but not enough. And the Cialis is the lowest dose. I had a feeling that being so consumed by porn for so long must have a lot to do with it.

Your not alone, I'm sad to day I've done this and am just left feeling sad, guilty and depressed.

Now I face losing my wife who can't look at me the same. She is also talking about taking my son away from me.

I promised her I wouldn't go back but the other day after 3 weeks, I had a momentary lapse for a minute and she found out. I found myself trying to denying it and blatantly lying to her. I feel sick. I am not the person I used to be.
I know I can stop, but I think it might be too late.

It’s never to late to stop man. Keep your head up and be strong!! You can do this! It helped me a bit when I told my wife that I signed up to this group. It showed a move in the right direction. I don’t have the money for therapy so this was a good step. Maybe the same will happen for you if you haven’t told her about this group. Worth a shot anyway. But stay strong brother! If not only for her, then for your son as well!! I have 2 daughters so I understand.
