Day 10 done! I had some stress at work and when I got off the temptation was there but not as strong. I watched a show I hadn't seen and let my mind think on that instead. Any time your tempted put your mind on something else because believe me you just can't sit there and take it. If the opportunity is there it is overwhelming. Get a hobby and occupy yourself. It will definitely help. Have a good one all!
