My name is andy and I'm confused on whether or not I'm the problem.

Let  me break this down. My wife and I have been together for a few years now the first year or so everything was good hot and heavy very frequently. The last year or so not so much, the frequency of our encounters has reduced to a few times a month 4-5 times 6 if I get lucky. Now she has some medical issues that sometimes prevent intercourse from being possible however due to past experiences she refuses to engage in any other way eg. Oral, masterbation so more often than not sexual satisfaction falls on me for myself. She tells me that my desires are too much and I am a sex addict. In past relationships partners have been very sexually active with me 3 times a week or more and actively giving of other stimulations as well. I do believe I spend too much time with porn at least once daily or more but in your opinions is that my addiction or an overcompensation for what she does not do. If it helps any to know that 99% of the time the pornography I watch is strictly the things she refuses to do. I'm coming here now to talk because today I think I actually experienced an anxiety attack over this. She was talking with our teenage daughter about the pressures in school and things not to do and brought up a story from when she was a teenager. I wont get to graphic but she told of a girl in her school getting in trouble for going into the boys room and in her words being on her knees giving 3 boys a blowjob... as soon as she said that my heart started racing I got lightheaded my chest got tight and on my phone a samsung the samsung heath app said that my stress was off the charts heart rate at 118 and 96% sp0² can anybody help, advise, guide? Am I in the wrong or just a victim of our incompatible sexual appetites?
