Hi Giancarlo. You're in the right place, and this is a good place to start. Yes, lots of people have stopped. There are lots of ways to do it. The only thing that most of them have in common is that they've reached out to other people who understand what they're going through. Online forums like this one are a good place to start. But even better, in our experience, is finding a real live human who gets what you're dealing with and won't judge, to help you on your way. That person can be a therapist, or it can be a 12-step group, or it can be a church leader. But connecting with another person is usually a huge part of success.

I'm in the same boat as you. I signed up here 6 weeks ago and I'm still porn free! For me there's no way I would go and seek help outside of the virtual world hahaha I dunno it's just so embarrassing! But being on here has definitely helped!
The biggest thing I've found is to find other hobbies and interests that you can get stuck into when you feel the itch to watch porn. Also getting an add-on on your computer called 'self control' is very helpful!
