Hello everyone. I've been here before and some of you may have read my post about my addiction to sex\porn but i wasn't completely honest about how this all started i lost my virginity at a early age and that might not seem to big a deal but i lost mine to a female cousin I'm 45 now and she's 50 it continued on and off then i joined the military for several years i married, she married then after leaving the military at a family reunion it started up again and this is what has led to my addictions. I've got a lot to deal with guys don't talk about this kind of thing. So there it is. Thanks for listing.

Being completely honest is difficult to do, but also one of the most freeing things you can do. Not having to hide secrets and pretend to be something you're not will dramatically help your stress level. Being honest also will help you to recover, especially if you find a local SAA group to get involved in.

Seen my ex wife today and she was kinda trying to entice me into having sex but i said no. She was upset and wanted to know why and I told her that I'm not the same person anymore and i didn't want to treat her like a whore like i do my other women and partners and because I've done so many depraved and filthy things i don't have the same feelings for her that i had. I think i did the right thing.

Trying a therapist hopefully all goes well, i know it's going to be hard because sex has been my life the longest I've gone without sex has been two months when i don't get it I'm moody and agitated even physically ill. I don't know if I can do it.

One day at a time.. sometimes one hour at a time,, sometimes even one minute at a time.

I'll bet your ex was shocked, and may not understand what's going on. That's okay. Do what you have to do.

I hope you get a good therapist.

Don't worry about what may happen later.. that's triggering. Do yoiur best and God does the rest. Take each minute and each situation as it comes. I get surprised kind of often, because I'm a skeptic, but am learning to give things a chance, and get amazed.
