I'm ashamed to admit it but the last few days of being home due to the quarantine have caused me to slip and go a scary binge of watching porn. I'm scared to think that the type of porn I've now found myself so attracted to is a reflection of the type of sick person I've become. On some days I think I'd rather watch porn rather than having actual intercourse with my partner. Does anyone else understand or are going through this?
We may not like what we do but it does not define us. God does that. He says you are loved and chosen as you are. As I am means porn addict for me. But he loves me even when I do not. Please don’t feel shame! God does not see you that way.
Shame brought me down to the point of suicide. I was suicidal over porn. The depression was overwhelming. God brought me back to the point of joy. We can have joy in spite of our circumstance. Chin up brother. You’re awesome. Porn and all.
