So I will start off by saying that at a very young age I substituted foot fetish porn in my life to try to get me by without having sex. For years I hid how bad it truly was from my family, my friends and now my wife. I NEED HELP!!!! I live in the DMV area in Maryland and I just do not have an idea where to go or how to even go about it. I’ve lied to my wife and took advantage of her. I’ve been so sick to my stomach but I need to improve and try to be a better version of myself. This foot fetish porn addiction ruined my life and caused me to cheat on my wife. I need to beat this addiction but I can’t do it alone. I need help.
Start writing down every time you act out.
Look for a local SA group.
Start reading everything you can about addiction.
Start understanding why you act out, what is your mental mind set when you act out.
Be honest and talk to your wife about your acting out. She will learn of it.
Why worry about what you are going to do with them if they does exist yet?
