Sexual addiction, also sometimes called sexual compulsion, is a form of psychological addiction to sexual intercourse and other sexual behavior.
I got in a conversation with someone who had been a crackhead/junkie for about 15 years, then did 11 years in prison for an armed robbery he committed due to suffering a severe deficiency of crack. I passed along what I could about the 12 steps, recovery, self forgiveness, etc.
And after I was glad sex was one of my two main addictions. I've never heard of someone sleeping under a bridge for 2 or 3 years because of a long binge of meaningless sex and Nina Hartley movies.
So remember folks, bad as it is, at least you didn't choose CRACK.
If I take anyone's misery lightly for the next week I apologize. But seriously, WOW you would too if you heard this...

Sadly when I put my crap on the scale, my fingers tends to linger longer so it looks like mine weigh more.
But your point is an important one to remember for those days when I feel better. Sometimes I am able to handle things and I reflect on those other people, then on days like today when I feel like I cannot move or think straight my burdens are the heaviest.
