I am 21.I like the masterbation doing at that time but after it makes some troubles on my body.....i know its all my fault...but i could not control myself...

Try meditating half an hour a day. Eliminate every minute things you see every day that changes your thoughts. Recovery takes time .Have patience

I know how it feels. There some sort of guilt feeling and misery after. This is a difficult one. One might consider this a shameful act. But the first best thing to do I think is to talk to your parents or someone you trust. You can't keep this alone to yourself. It will drown you. The fact that you acknowledge the addiction is a good thing it means you are aware of this bad behavior.

What helped me lately is reiki. Energy balancing thing. This might not be for everyone since this is considered to some as Woo-woo stuff. But it really helped me.

Another thing that opened up my mind. Is lately I saw Larry Nassar (sexual predator) verdict on youtube by Judge Rosemarie Aquilina. The judge said to him. "You have done nothing to control this urge" and that resonated a lot to me.

Know that there is something we can do about it. Make some research. Find a way ;)
