Mate, you need a plan on how to overcome this. It's gonna be hard, but it's possible. It took me a while to fight it, but the result is worth it.

Remember, having sex cravings is good, this is how you're designed by God. If you want some help, me and another person from this page are going to have few calls maybe to talk about it and help each other to gain strength. First and foremost, you have to 'educate yourself', that is, just engrave all the ways that porn hurts you in your brain - for example by regularly watching YT videos about it (my favourite channels are The Reboot Nation and Noah B.E Church) and journaling about how it feels to relapse, especially how it feels BEFORE, about excuses and criticize them, and how it always feels after doing it - the reason being, whenever you will have the urge to relapse, you will actually recognize THAT you want to relapse, will know how it'd feel if you chose to do it and you will know how fcking bad it'd be. The second thing - journaling. In the evening sit down with your journal and selectively write about this day's events, maybe how you felt, about any irrational or just seemingly rational thought patterns, write about what you did right and where are areas for improvement, and finally, to not get lost in meaningless little details - write about how it fits into the 'bigger picture' of your life. And the third thing is to give mindfulness a try, as it decreases the urges by A LOT if you do it right, while also increasing "self control" even more - so I suggest maybe finding a free pdf copy of the book I'm currently reading on that topic: "The miracle of Mindfulness".

But remember, these are just some tools that helped me, and you might want to find your own strategies. BUT DON'T PICK UP 100 DIFFERENT ONES.
