Iv been watching porn unhealthily since 2006. It's been a constant issue. I have kicked it for a week is the longest iv ever managed in that time. I am divorced now but have had a gf for the last 3 years

would appreciate any advice

Can you get your gf to support you? Or does she not know? You need to get a distance between you and porn. Get a block on your phone and internet. Or only source the 'net when she is home. Perhaps some counselling? You'll never beat this by yourself.
