I'm glad you are coming to the realization that you have a problem with porn, it's indeed the first step. As much as you are realizing that it is been escalating to an uncomfortable level. I personally have been there, one day I realized that if I kept on that road, it'd be harder for me to get out of the abyss.
Now to address the cause of your addiction as you see it, being that you live at home, you are lonely and you are a young guy, etc. Loneliness is mainly caused by the thoughts you are having about your situation at the moment. Example: If I think I don't have anyone to share my life with, I do not have a girlfriend then, of course, I would feel awfully lonely.
So, mind you, I do not have that issue because I am very comfortable being alone and celibate but it was not always that way.Perhaps, you could start on the road to recovery by purging all your porn, getting a filter for your computer and join a recovery program.
Of course, the first thing they will ask you is to abstain from masturbation for at least 90 days, as your masturbation is associated with your porn ritual, so to speak.
To avoid relapse, it is recommended to form what I call a contingency plan to address triggers, those things that cause you to want to indulge in porn. It can be anywhere from talking to someone about it, to diverting your attention from it by leaving the premises and taking a bike ride, etc.,
Then, what it is also recommended is to start new habits and a new life, so to speak. In the sense, that your days are totally devoid of porn and before you know it, months into your new routine, you can have a life affirming routine. For that to happen, you have to stick to it and think of yourself as porn free.
Furthermore, it is also recommended that you keep positive thoughts going because porn thrives in negative emotions and every time you feel a negative emotion, porn can and has been known to come back to haunt you, starting the cycle all over again.
For the loneliness what I did was join volunteer groups, there are tons of things you can do for others, like teaching someone to read, read to someone who is in a nursing home, take care of abused animals in a shelter. Tons, I mean tons of stuff, doing things for others opens an entire world for you and it raises your self-esteem in ways you cannot even imagine.
Hope this helps,
Wolf (11 months porn free)
