Even though I've been a member of DS for a few years...I still find it hard to share behavior, thoughts, and feelings. I grew with a way of life where you kept your way pf life, doings, and being a secret, only to a few, and/or just tp professionals...even when I did share it would be face-to-face in a private setting and not through any pther media. The people I work with feel that sharing more would be helpful...so I need help doing this so I'm looking for encouragemment and maybe some guidance in using this media...people feel free to comment.
