l am on my ninth day now, and I'm really proud of myself. But I've been really stressed and I'm doing this alone, I have no support group. Basically 10 days is the longest that I've gone, and I'm scared that today will be very tempting. How do I overcome this temptation. At this point, I'm just numb & don't really know what to do.

all you have to do it is stay clean/sober for today.
Write down on paper why you feel this way.
Write down why you are needing a fix

Sometimes the fight is an hour at a time. I have found that taking my thoughts captive, either mentally or writing them down and reminding me of the Truth helps a lot. Your temptations and reasoning as to why you should watch it again are lies. If you'd like you can message me and we can talk further on how I overcame.
