Or could it be because I had much more human interaction than normally?
Or could it be because I walked a lot, which is physical exercise?
aah, I'd love to know.
To me, it sounds like you were having withdrawal symptoms from your addiction. Your testosterone level rose because you were not indulging, it is quite normal in your particular situation. So you will have morning erections and have sexual thoughts.
So if I were you, I would start making a life without porn, at this stage, given that you have been away from it for a month. It seems like your body has gone back to normal, so to speak. Enjoy healthy and wholesome pursuits.Start a life worth your time, make new friends, do not spend so much time by the computer and install a web filter such as K9 Webcoat and have someone else set up the password.
Seeing naked women is porn, by the way, so I would also stay away from those, if your goal is to be porn free altogether. It is the equivalent of an alcoholic having spent his life drinking hard liquor and now drinking beer thinking his stopped drinking. Yes even a little bit of watching those images can easily throw you back into the loop, it does not take much, specially after a month.
Hope this helps,

Firstly, thanks for your responses and well done for your achievements!
I've done some research and experiments, so here are my findings:
1. I've done the test that is one this site:
http://www.yourbrainonporn.com/how-do-i-know-if-my-ed-porn-related-test
I could get an erection when masturbating without porn and fantasy. It wasn't my best one but it was maybe 80-85% hard.
2. I've read about the sexual benefits of walking and running, they increase blood circulation downstairs. So last time I added half an hour fast walking to my workout routine. I woke up with the morning wood the next day and the day after.
3. I realised that if I fantasise, not about porn, but about a real woman just simple stroking my skin, my anxiety gets worse. Instantly, my heart starts racing and my breathing becomes heavier. I'm very anxious anyway.
I think this is because I just left a very long and very bad relationship a few months ago, where I was hurt very badly. Both mentally and spiritually. Now I think I'm afraid of intimacy.
So my conclusion is that there is certainly some level of porn induced ED but I think it's mainly sexual performance anxiety induced ED. Also, the insufficient blood flow there.
Unfortunately I work on computer and commute by car so all I can do for now is to start walking/running and exercise four times a week, I hope that will do the trick. Cardio exercise, like running, is also supposed to reduce my anxiety. I'll lower my beer dose too.
I won't do the 90 day reboot though. I'll do a whole life reboot! I want to be porn free forever. It hasn't done any good for me, so I'll just forget it completely.
I'll update you within a few weeks.
Thank very much.
Have a nice day!
