Hi, Everyone. I'm 48, sex addict. just checking in. I have 94 days of abstinence. for recovery, I do SAA 12 step phone meetings and I go to phone meetings, I pray. I am on the fourth step. I meditate. I am in counseling, I make outreach calls daily, and I read literature and work with my sponsor and check in with her daily.
Good for you! I would recommend that in addition to your list, you also incorporate a strict schedule where not only every minute is accounted for but also has a contingency plan to address triggers and urges, so that you will not have any room to relapse.
While I am at it, make a commitment with yourself that no matter what happens, you will not relapse because 1) it would set back the clock of recovery to day 1 and 2) You will be undoing all the work you have been doing up to that point.
