well i've made it to my six month anniversary! after multiple rounds of sobriety i can say that i have six months without acting out.....wow........my head is still spinning.... i couldn't do this without support from this board for one thing. and i couldn't do this without those of you who keep checking on me and holding me accountable. and i couldn't do this without the help of my current therapist. i've learned more about myself these last six months than i ever thought i would or could. but more importantly i accept all the good and not so good about me. finally. and i don't wanna get too cocky about it because that is exactly what landed me "out there" all the other times i became complacent. so just wanted to share with y'all. thank you for keeping me honest........

I know it's a tad later but high paws to you, doing the Snoopy Happy dance and a well deserved congratulations.
Keep it up and before you know it, it'll be another six months which means a year. Simply remain vigilant, use the tools you've acquired and keep posting here with your concerns, questions, we are here to assist you in your journey.
