I've read a lot of posts on here talking about the 12 steps to getting better. I've fallen into a deep hole of porn and masturbating since my girl friend and I broke up officially. I want to get better so that I know I can function properly, someone please help me by listing the 12 steps or a way I can figure out my own way. That would be greatly appreciated
