Unfortunately, when we are not getting any (or enough) it does seem to preoccupy our mind and thoughts. I wound up finding others and chatting . Not sure if that was good or bad. lol

Being able to open up and share--- for many of us does help. Something about being able to say exactly what is on our mind--- how frustrated we may be-- sharing what we miss--- wants-- need--, fantasies. (I love to write and have a very good imagination, so that is a big one for me)

Many turn to porn, writing or reading Erotica (There is a site -- Literotica.com who also has Audiostories. For me, hearing a nice hot story narrated by a sexy voice --with sound effects does get me a bit excited. Sorry...TMI?)

And I know it is more frustrating for men as they usually just deal with hands--- I have come across more who are now taking a page out of our handbooks and checking out the toys. (Yes, I know a big burly Texas man is probably laughing hysterically at that one.) Sometime when bored just go online and check out all the things they have now. extremerestraints.com or bettersex.com. Just 2 of many. I tell all I am a poor deprived soul (Even before , never really experienced or knew a lot. ) Now am far more curious and have seen far more (in some cases may be a bit too much. lol)

As far as the chat sites, I am not really sure of any. I am just overly chatty and have answered and do chat with many on here (and a few others are on Hangouts or WhatsApp and we do chat on there back and forth. --It is nice because then we don't have to wait til the other comes back on here (DS) to get the messages)

Welcome black_gold. I know where you’re coming from and sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands. :) We all need that touch and caress from our partners, but when they’re not interested in making love to us, the tension builds. Not just sexual, but frustration. We can only go so long and we need some relief. Veggiequeen gave you some good advice. I hope you’re able to come up with a solution, but most of all, I hope you and your wife can resolve your situation.
