Well this has gotten interesting. Husband out of jail for cp possession. I filed for divorce. He's in a different state and is gonna fight me over kids being allowed to be unsupervised around him. His state thinks its ok, mine not. Covering my butt. What in the world do you do here???

Push for supervised visits only. I think most judges will side with you. The numbers of those viewing cp and those abusing children are not good 50/50 at best I saw one stat that said as high as 80%. Worst case you at least look like a protective parent.
