My husband was just arrested for cp about 3 weeks ago. Similar to you we've had the whole ordeal, house search, cps talking with my children... things have settled down a bit now. He's out on bail and working through the whole legal aspect of everything, which i guess there will be some time before anything final is decided. He's currently living with his parents and since there was no evidence of abuse to the children cps has approved supervised visitation. But now I'm left with where do we go from here.
I knew he had a porn problem but had no idea it might involve children. He swears it was only one file and the detectives won't find anything else, I don't know if I believe him. But seriously other than that we had a good life, I was happy he seemed happy, the kids seemed happy and all of that is just gone. There were side many good things with him and I don't know if we can still have that.
How are things going for you a few months out now?

he gotta arrested back in March His criminal case closed in July I believe he got 2 years probation and has to register we just had family count Sep 7 DCFS wont back down and won't close the case we have court March 2022
