My husband's first offense happened when he was 18 years old. He was dating a 15 year old and they had sex. He was arrested at school. He was going to treatment and doing everything asked of him. 

Several years later, he was engaged to be married to another woman. She decided to leave him without explanation. He took it very hard and started drinking and started taking drugs. In the midst of that, he had sex with another 15 year old. He wound up in prison. 

He's been out since 2010 and we started dating in 2011. He's again been doing everything asked of him and staying out of trouble. I got pregnant in 2013 and we had to move to another county so that he could live with me and our daughter. The county we were in wouldn't allow it. Everything was going fine until he got a new probation officer. She's awful. She threw him in jail twice now in the year She has been supervising him. First because he failed a polygraph. He failed because he knew another guy had been looking at porn and he didn't turn him in. The second time, we wanted to have some fun and have a friend of ours have a threesome with us. The po approved it after having a meeting with us about it. So, we did it and she threw him in jail afterwards claiming she  ever approved it.

So, he sat for 2 weeks and had to have a hearing where she tried to send him to prison and have him increased to a level 3. She wasn't successful but he was ordered to inpatient treatment at Alpha in Minneapolis. We had to borrow 6 thousand dollars from his mom for the deposit and Alpha approved us for a payment plan for the last 4500 dollars. Now last week Alpha tells us they changed their minds and we have to have 4500 by March 15th. He doesn't have income while he's there and his mom won t give us any more. I was denied a loan. My head is spinning. Oh, and I'm 31 weeks pregnant. 

I just really needed to vent.
