can anybody please help me? my son is in a CA..prison for lewd acts and he is on a special needs yard. recently he was asked by his bunkie to "show his paperwork" of his charges and i want to know how he can be safe ?can i make him fake paperwork for this or can i get him moved immediately?

I asked my fiance about the subject. Unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do from the outside. He needs to stand up for himself and not give in to bullying. The other inmates have no right to see his paperwork. He needs to tell them that. If it comes to a safety concern, tell someone. I hope this helps!

Hello, I was on a different SO board and saw your post from 3 months ago about your son being on an SNY yard in CA.

If you don't mind me asking, what prison is he being housed. For my experience, my husband hasn't had much problems being on a level 3 SNY yard, but was asked constantly when he was on a level 4 yard in Susanville.

I wont be on Daily Strength for much longer, especially after the changes DS has made. I don't see much action on this board anyways. I also wanted to let you know that there are a lot of people on another board for families of SO's at http://support-for-families.boards.net/ you may find the support you were looking for there, if you don't have much on this board.
