I'm 14 and have a porn addiction since I was 11 and it's affecting my relationship with my gf I've told her I would stop plenty of times but never have and I'm afraid to go to my parents about it so I came here looking for help or advice on how to stop so far I've deleted apps but find myself downloading them again I've tend to watch it 2 times a day and sometimes as much as 5 times a day I'm looking for a way to turn my life around where she can be happy I'm not a porn addict and so I can be happy that I can go a day without porn if anyone reads this please take the time to respond and give advice I don't wanna give up this time and I would really appreciate it thank you
