Steve has come down out of the mania that has plagued him for almost a year. He had one good week, but now is deeply depressed - suicidally so. If you remember him, please say a prayer for his healing, for peace, and for the courage to keep pressing on. He feels hopeless because he knows the depression will eventually shift into mania. It's so discouraging! Still, he tries to help others as he goes along. That's what we all do, right? It helps us if we help others.

My thoughts and prayers are with each of you who posted on this group. I hope you are doing well, taking good care of yourself, and being gentle, too. This is a hard life, but it has its bright spots if we look for them. Sending a (((hug))).
