Intense hatred..

Once again, my self hate has reached epic proportions. The last time I sunk this low, I hit myself in the head with a hammer, then tried to o/d on meds; next time I may add a nail to my repertoire..Eventually I may add a bullet to the head and end it all for good! I hate myself that much!!

I am sorry you feel so bad mal. Please don't hurt yourself. I know how bad intense hatred can be. I am dealing with that myself. Please know I care and am here for you.

I am so sorry your self hatred has reached such a peak. I know that hell all to well. Please don't hurt yourself anymore. Please don't dwell on suicide either. Neither route is offers hope. I am praying you will have the strength to endure until better days come for you. Thanks for the courage it took for you to post.
