I agree with Lori. Please be kind to yourself. Who else will if you don't? All you need do to change who you are is decide to change who you are. Do one little thing at a time. Smile at someone you don't know. Encourage someone on DS. A random acts of kindness change the world and they change you.

Each moment brings an opportunity to start over - a chance to remake yourself. You can do it! One little step at a time... I should know because that's what I do, little steps toward who I want to be. (((hugs)))
