Sounds like you pulled a muscle, but it could also be a cracked rib. Since you were making the bed, I'd say it's a muscle. Soak yourself in a warm bath with a cup of Epsom Salts and a couple tablespoons of baking soda. Those two are alkalizing and help with sore muscles. Add some bubbles for pure joy. Top it off with an inspirational book to read while you soothe your cares away. Sure fire way to get rid of some pain.

If you still have pain after a few days, you need to have it checked at a clinic.
