thanks Stevebhopes . Yes I get critisized for everything from my family I do all the time and I am tired of it. I have been a failure . Thanks for beleiving in me and rooting me on nobody else seems to be around here..

I have felt just like you. I am very self critical. You are not a failure. I am sure you can find some good in yourself and keep reminding yourself of the goodness of you. God didn't make junk. Try to stay positive about you and maybe you will start believing it true. I am rooting for you and I do care.

You have come so far from when I met you a long time ago. I see positive change. The thing I see you doing these days, however, is isolating yourself, at least from what I see here on DS. Connections to people who love us and to whom we can relate can be sources of much healing.

We have to progressively move away from the tendency to care overly much what others think about us. Most people couldn't care less about us and their input can easily turn negative. This doesn't make their input true.

You're value is great in my eyes and my input is to affirm and hold you up in love until you find your purpose and destiny.

thanks for the encouragement violetmist and stevebhopes . I apprecaite it very much. Yes I am isolating myself to everyone which I know is no good, I am trying to work on this. I just have alot going on right now and alot on my mind.

I feel that way too. Always have but we are worth loving our selves, i try hugging my self an smiling as i do. I make myself do this like in the bathroom.no one hss to see u hug urself . Try it. It feels good. U are worth that self love.

I am a perfectionist. I also need things to go right, but i know
I am not perfect. Only one is perfet. I just have to accet an move on to BETTER things. Looks like you have a cat or you like them, they, you know they are not perfecr, they get hair balls, theythrow them up, you have to clean b them up. They are not perfect. Nothing is perfect . I believe only one isperfect. I hope you get better. Peace
