I had a rough day today. I had my theropy appmt today for my abuse it was a tough session. We are going over my nightmares and analizing it in detail. scared anxious also we are working on the forgiveness issue to. I think in time i will be able to forgive for myself not anyone else espcaially my abuser he can go rot in hell as far as i am concerned. It is hard enough living with my abuser let alone forgiving him but i am going to try. ok i have been doing a lot of crying lately i guess that is good i am cleansing my soul. ok enough for now gn.

I'm sorry you had such a tough day, friend. I have been through therapy sessions like that, so I know how it can just wipe you out for a while. Still, it is worth the effort to work through our pain and learn how to "let it go." I,too, had an abuser that I had to deal with all my life. Not only that, when he wasn't around I did his job by abusing myself! That's not good. Thankfully, I don't do that anymore.

You're in my thoughts and prayers. Keep pressing on, sister. This long dark valley opens to a bright and beautiful meadow with a lake that reflects blue sky like a mirror. Each step brings you closer. (((hugs)))

Sorry you had a rough day. It is great to hear you are in therapy. I know it isn't easy but it brings you closer to some healing.
