My name is Guy.I am new to this group. I am trying to change the way i think about myself. It is just so very hard to do. All the negative things come out of my head before i can stop it. I really do want to change just don't know how to. I need help :(

You were just welcomed by one of our group's superstar encouragers--sunflower41. There are others here who are each wonderful in their own way. I find it ironic that a site full of people who hate themselves actually has some of the nicest people in the world. If you hit a rough patch just know we will be here for you. I like your profile picture. For 14 years, I had wolf-hybrids as my companions. I still grieve their loss.
