well, after 3 1/2 years on my study, they determined that i have 10 new lesions on my brain. how can that be if i have SPMS ? so i have a new Neuro, and i got every MRI i have ever had set to her. after studying them, she has determined that i was in remission for the last 5 years and that i have Progressive Relaapsing MS. i have never heard of this before. she said the Neuros are always changing the names.  she has suggested that I be put on steroids for a while to get rid of the inflammation. then she wants to try me on Rituxan. an injection twice a year.
