Has anyone downloaded any of these yet? I can't wait to hear what you all think of the sounds, esp. as a background for meditation.

Just checked Janvier and everything seems to be working. Are you able to get to the page link listed in the original post? Once you get there you choose which meditative sounds you want and then download them. Virus free :-)

OK ... I got it. No problem now.

When I am silent & still, I can feel a wonderful vibration in my head which is very calming. All I have to do is remember ... and there it is. Anyone else experience this?

Not a vibrating feeling, but my entire body tingles when I'm in a good meditative state. It tells me that I'm where I want to be during meditation.

I think "tingling" is a more accurate word than vibration. Only in my head though ... not my whole body.

Yes, tingling is a good discription for me, too. i have always felt and called them warm chils. On severe occasion I have had my guide hug me with vibrations through my kundilani with such force it literally squeezes the air from my lungs. it such a wonderful state that it bring a smile to my face and sometimes tears of joy. At first, they began in my first chakra a few years ago and I did not fully understand what was happening to me, I was not cold, no breese. As a read more about the kundilani that I began to understand what was happening to me. But they were not shivers, they were warm; it was not an illness it was a connection; how wonderful it is. i have to be totally alone to have this happen and brain resting at alpha waves When my guides hug me I can feel their vibrations radiate out from my spine, like arms and sometimes give me a bear hug. it is so wonderful to never really be alone. P.S. Some think of guides a spirits without mass, but i can testify that they can and do manipulate our 3-D world. I wear a C-pap mask for breathing. Sometimes it will leak. Often at night it will leak and I will feel someone adjust it to stop the air from escaping. They will move it and i will feel the force, the leak will stop and then I fell the touch me, say "Shish..." and then I return to sleep with a smile; I live alone.

thank you for uploading them but how can i transfer them to an MP3 so i can burn them to a cd or to transfer them to my mobile so i can meditate with them?

I have felt the tingling you describe, i can keep it for my whole therapy sessions now with my therapist/spiritual guide. and it stays with me the whole day so nice. glad to have found this path as it has become important in getting over my divorce and to change my cycle of life events.

anyone here study "a course in miracles" i am just getting into it very interesting.....
