Before I was diagnosed I saw rips in space and sparkling kaleidoscope portals, I wrote it off as" perma fry"from my excessive experimentation with hallucinogens. Now I know. The way I know I have been off my Abilify to long is that I start seeing them again. Ii just wish there was a good way to tell when my bi polar requires me to medicate. Does anyone else test to see how long they can go without medicating? . I do it often since I am a beginner Prepper by skipping meds I am rotating a stockpile should I be short at a 5ime when I am desperately needing meds.
