Setting boundaries with your adult children. Knowing the difference between helping and enabling.
Has anyone found a website where one can go to find lists of local support groups for Setting Boundaries with Your Adult Children? All I can find are books on how to start one up. I live in Toledo, Ohio.

Did you ever find any type of group that helped you? Would you recommend counseling instead? I live in Nashville TN and cannot find a Sanity support group either. I have been to Al Anon but not sure this is for me. Would rather have a enabling support group where we can talk and share our situations and ask questions.

I’m looking, too, around San Antonio, TX. Try googling Psychology today, then click on find a therapist, then I think there’s a way you can specify search for groups. Also, meetup.com is a site someone told me about. I havent found exactly what I need yet.... going to keep trying.
