Music is my therapy, it always makes sence when everything else doesn't.
I am allway's singing also, have to, it's what i do. even if no music is on. That is another therapeutic thing i do.
I heard that people who sing and talk alot ie; Me have stronger and better lung cupasity, makes sence to me. I smoke a lot and every time they take an x'ray they get mad because my lung's are so clear, maybe there is something to that. Any thought's?
