New to RA

I just found out I have RA. Just when I started a new career this really has me stress. Great! I have waited until my kids grow up to get a job and now I work very hard in water and waste water treatment shoveling tugging pulling lifting and I don't think I can do the job any more. The pain and being tied all the time is starting to take its toll. The meds are scary. But the pain has lessen but I still come home and go to bed by 7pm not good when your married and he wants to go some where and all you want to do is sleep. I don't know where to turn.
