I was watching the news about the Tornados in Oklahoma.
My prayers go out to all who have been impacted.
My prayers go out to all who have been impacted.
My heart and prayers go out to those in the impacted area, especially the staff at the hotel that housed us during the storm and managed to help us feel safe even while their homes and families were in the direct path of the tornado. It was also so amazing to see all the staff at the OKC airport, manage to keep on doing their jobs with such kindness and patience, in the midst of wondering and/or finding out that the storm had hit in near their homes. They may have been functioning purely in shock, but I imagine today they have had to feel the reality of their situations.
It was so very special that these people were experiencing a trauma of their own, and still able to help those of us that were not familiar with that sort of weather, helping keep us calm and informed. The impact is so far reaching.
