To those of you who are flying in to OKC, there will be travel available. Judy has been kind enough to arrange a van rental, and Danee will also provide her van, and a friend of my family's from church will haul luggage for us. My wife, Tonya, will drive the van Judy rents (OR will navigate for Judy, if the rental company requires Judy to be the sole driver), since Tonya knows the way. That way, all incoming people will be transported by persons known to them in groups of other friends. A welcoming, smiling face wearing a retreat T-shirt will be at the luggage carousel to greet you all!
What we do need, though, is basic information about when people are arriving. Please send your airline flight and arrival time to my wife (StarbuckDifranco) so she and Danee will know when to be there, and please send the same information about when you depart after the retreat so we can plan to transport you back--exhausted and happy.
My worst fear would be to load up two vans and take off, leaving someone behind we didn't realize was landing 10 minutes later or something.

I'm not familiar with OKC, but I can sometimes actually read maps and follow directions (let's hope!)....
