Discussion, question-and-answer, general social support, and journal processing for progress-oriented rape survivors. You'll need bedding. There are beds with clean single-size mattresses, but you'll need a sheet and pillow and blanket--all of which can be bought locally at low cost if you don't want to pack it, or I can ask some of the local women to bring extras to loan out.
Bring simple cotton clothes and beach-style towel for the sweatlodge. I suggest colored clothes, not white, for obvious reasons--ha ha! And comfortable sandals.
Oklahoma weather is usually sunny and breezy. Typically, mid-May is shorts weather.
Bring long pants for horseback riding, if you're doing that.
Camera!!!
Allergy medicine, just in case.
Sunglasses.
And if you like, bring a journal.

After last year i will add _painkillers_ to my must haves. I had a 4 day migraine because my measly meds werent up to the job. So plan for the just in case meds :)
I know its not to "bring" but can i just add..if you have a flight layover make sure you check to see if you can or need to be rushed through customs- especially if you're foreign!!. I didnt check for a 2 hour layover and managed to miss my flight. Its not fun!
And, if you like tea and you are not from America, do take your own tea bags
And really, Brit? Bring your own tea? You know Sonic has a 44-ounce tea, right? Even comes in a Styrofoam cup to keep it nice and chilled for you!
Bring anything you'd like to burn in the fire after our sweats. Anything symbolic or negatively meaningful that you want to get rid of--pictures, letters, anything.
AutumnFawn - I'm planning on bringing a sleeping bag, but would love to be able to borrow two pillows if possible, as I'm flying in, and they would take up nearly a whole suitcase ;-)
