Although I've noticed that even Nestle seem to have an alleged "fair trade" brand of coffee in the supermarket - which does make me wonder how strict the requirements really are for a company to get the fair trade logo. I still avoid Nestle products like the plague, with or without the little blue logo!

Every time I think I've heard it all, I still get shocked to find out there's something more these businesses do to exploit their workers ................... like not even paying them in currency they can use where they wish to!
I'm glad there are people like your sister doing this kind of work.
I know someone in your household that could use a chocolate fix now. If you wanted to help that household member, chocolate is the way to go... just sayin' :)
