Great news! And you have a fantastic trip! Don't forget to pack jackets. Fall has hit my area so I'd bet it has in Colorado. It was 47F this morning and one of my Red Maples is red and my aspens are turning, too. YAY!

I was on vacation in TN one year and I fell in love with the sign at the pool...It was huge and looked very official, it read:

WELCOME TO OUR OOL
OOL HOURS ARE 10 AM UNTIL 10 PM.
NOTICE THERE IS NO 'P' IN OUR OOL
LET'S KEEP IT THAT WAY.

I am so glad no one pees in the RAR pool, that's why I love 'swimming' here.

Oh, and James...hit me with two...LOL

As for signs...I also saw one in a Woman's Room that makes me laugh til this day. It was on a condom dispenser. A wisecracking vandal had written across the front of it "This gum tastes like rubber". People are just funny sometimes.

If I come back and find you all worshiping golden calves, plotting to overthrow the government (I'm lookin' at you, James), shooting pistols like drunken moneys, and holding raves, well, I'm gonna be pissed.

Not so sure about the golden calves (nice biblical reference Matt) but as long as I can come to the party I'm in for whatever!

Lol Mockingbird I've seen that sign too, and after a kid I work with forgot that little rule at an event I was running, I'm going to make a point to put up that 'reminder' next time :)

We have one of those signs at the pool I work at, too! Side note: urine is sterile, but the chlorine kind of binds to it (as it does to all organic matter) and gives off fumes - that's when you really smell the chlorine. When it's busy binding to and disinfecting things.

uuuummmmm.....cuz we don't want no peeing in the pool. Course, we could use some of those tablets that my girlfriend's dad used to put in there. It would make the water near the 'offender' turn bright green. That would take care of the problem right quick fast....Lol!

I've heard of those, but I never knew if it was an urban legend people told to keep kids from peeing in pools! Guess they exist...

Well I'm sure Mockinbird will do a great job, as well as Heckle and NILY - pee or no pee :)

Heck...this ought to be fun...I mean, already this site has been engaged in a rollicking discussion about....bodily functions, and, we have gone quite scientific with that. So Empowered, no concerns for us...we'll be just fine.

I think "us kids" are just showing our nerves that "Papa Hawk" will be away from the nest. The tie-in there would be, nerves make me want to pee. Here we go again.....LOL
