Great website; has much cleaner feel than the first one. One suggestion is to rethink quote placement on originals page because I know you and I know you haven't placed it there in a manipulative way but it could come across as being there to explain prices etc - it loses the heart of its message; that a painting is as much of the artist as it is the art.

I'm saying that because your work is good enough to sell at the price you have set. Similar pieces in my town gallery are quoted at similar prices. You don't need a quote that, placed where it is, begs people to buy so you can live to paint another day.

Fantastic work, Matt. I love the way you depict shadows, and the eye on the Buffalo Mother is so alive! Your use of color in sunlight and shadow is great too; can almost feel the sun.

About the people: specially The Shawnee Hunter speaks to me. But I can't tell you why, really. Perhaps it's his pride and determination.

Oh, and have you ever considered doing a necklace with a hawk?

Yes, I've actually done a hawk necklace before. It turned out really nice, but hawks are my favorite anyway.
