I am feeling positive about things today! Life is really good and there are a lot of ups and downs in life.
I am Thankful for God to be with me, that he has helped me day to day.
I hope that everyone is having a good day.
If you are feeling down just know that life can always improve that you can find strength within yourself to push forward, grow, change, and better yourself everyday.
There is always HOPE, Life is always good. It is always a great day to be alive, even when you have a back weighed down by emotion. That emotion will fade and good things will begin to happen for everyone.
Just stay positive and look at the future as a sunset on a beach with more and more beautiful things to come!
Smile, look to the sky at the beauty above, think about all of the good things in your life to be thankful for.

Amen, Jason. I have felt so much better focusing on the positive. I can't change the negative so why give it a minute's energy? I am saving that energy for ME, to be strong and move forward. My H knows the rules going forward and knows the consequences, so ball's in his court.
