My H and the OW work for the same company. They do not work in the same department, and he rarely has to see her or speak to her. 3 times last year and once this year, and he always tells me. It is kept strictly business, no social small talk etc. The last time, she brought papers to him and 2 other employees, asked her questions to each of them and then went back to her desk. He was able to just say "I'll put this on your desk tomorrow." (she was going to be off work the next day so it worked out great)

He leaves the building through the main entrance and not the employee door to avoid running into her. He takes the long way around the building to get to production to avoid her area. He doesn't go to the "parking lot picnics" they do in the summer, and he doesn't go out after work if anyone is going, just in case she might show up. He eats at his desk or in his car, and not in the lunch room in case she might be there.

It's been 2 years since Dday for us. In those first months, I was just sick every single day he left. But he was so open and honest, he worked so hard and was so transparent, I had to believe him. To have continued to torture myself over it would have stuck me in "no progress mode". And I couldn't do that.

It's only a gnat now, not a concrete block on my shoulder.

They do work in different departments. My whole thing is every since Aug 21 when I really found out the truth it was her, he has only told me that he has seen her once. I find it very odd that for someone that had so much "love fore him she has not tried to contact him at all.?? I guess I'm just very not sure of the situation just yet.

My H told the OW that he would no longer be speaking to her. In our case, she has abided by that. I do know her and know she isn't the type to chase him. When he told her that I knew the whole truth, she was totally freaked out and afraid of what I might do.
